Spirulina is the name given to two strains of spiral-shaped algae: Arthrospira Platensis and Arthrospira Maxima, which thrive in subtropical and tropical waters. "I’ve been buying these for over 10 years and still my favourite brand! I take a handful each day, just like supplements, 20 minutes before food. For my kids, I pop a few in the blender when making their morning smoothie. My iron levels are better when consuming these daily; my digestive system is more regular and I generally feel… well, better. Spirulina is simply a great boost to overall health. It may not feel like it’s doing much at first, but after a while, you notice a big difference if you take a break from them. Raw Living spirulina tablets are easy to consume, good quality and well priced. Love!"

"Spirulina tablets are very practical. I usually have a spirulina smoothie in the morning using the powder but in the days that I 'm working I take the tablets as it's too early for a smoothie ( my shift starts at 7am, so 6am to have a smoothie is far too early). Not to mention if you don't like the spirulina taste they're a game changer."

"I bought the 1kg bag of spirulina tablets. I was hesitant at first to buy such a large quantity but I did it as the price was just too good to not do that purchase. I use the tablets for both myself and my 13 year old daughter. The tablets are high quality and I don’t have to think about getting a monthly supply. I have what I need for the two of us for at least a year. Well worth the purchase and a great company."
