Not sure how to use your coupon code? Here's everything you need to know.

• Minimum order value of £70 — the coupon won't apply if your basket (before shipping) is below this amount
• One coupon per order — codes cannot be combined
• Coupons are not valid on bulk purchases, events (online or in person), or already discounted items. If a coupon is applied to a bulk purchase, we'll need to contact you for the difference
• For retail customers only — not valid on business purchases
• Each coupon can only be used once
• Some coupons (such as our monthly offers) have expiry dates, so do check before you checkout
• If you have any trouble applying a coupon you've created, don't worry — you haven't lost your points. Just get in touch and we'll restore them for you
