A 75g bag contains enough to make approx 40-50 cups of tea. Take 1-2 tbsp and brew in a 1 litre teapot or coffee press. We find a coffee press is easier to use. Once you have drunk the tea, you can add more water and get a 2nd and even 3rd brew from the same herbs.
