With a mild sweetness and a softness that melts in your mouth, tocotrienols are a much used ingredient in raw cuisine for their fluffy light texture. The vital nutrients in rice bran, especially vitamin E, are extremely sensitive to heat, so it is delicately processed at low temperatures to ensure that its nourishing properties reach you the way nature intended. This is pure stabilised rice bran, with no added salt or sugars.
Rice bran is the "nutritional storehouse" of the rice grain, providing the most important nutrients the sprouting rice plant needs to power its growth. The carbohydrates and fibre are removed from the wholegrain, so it's a concentrated way to access the nutritional benefits of rice.
Vitamin E content: 3mg per 10g (1 TBSP). Or 20% of your RDA.
