From the heart of Blue Agave plants. Agave Nectar is primarily fructose. It's raw, gluten free, diabetic friendly, Kosher, will not crystallise, highly soluble and flavour neutral.

Our agave is heated at 46 deg C in processing, so unlike most agaves on the market, it is actually raw. It comes in beautiful indigo glass bottles to protect it from light
