Why Choose a Far Infrared Sauna?
Infrared saunas heat up quickly and efficiently, unlike conventional saunas. Most people start to sweat after about 20 minutes, and find that 45 minutes is ideal for a full, relaxing session.
This custom-built Far Infrared Sauna features ceramic heaters that emit very low levels of EMFs, ensuring a safe and effective experience. Infrared heat is known for its deep-penetrating warmth and therapeutic benefits — we encourage you to explore its remarkable effects for yourself.
Sessions are priced at a fraction of what you’d typically pay in London — making this a unique and affordable opportunity to experience infrared heat in a tranquil setting.
Practical Information:
🕒 Your total session time is 60 minutes (including preparation and shower time). 📍 The sauna is located in Kate’s home in central London, near Lancaster Gate. 🤫 Your privacy will be fully respected during the session. ❗ Please note that Kate will not be available to answer health questions during your sauna visit. Booking & Availability:
Once you book, we’ll be in touch to arrange your session time. Sauna slots are typically available between midday and 10pm, Monday to Friday, depending on Kate’s schedule.
👫 The sauna comfortably fits two people. If you'd like to come with a friend, please book two places at the same time to receive a discount.

Once you book a session, we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable time. To help us schedule efficiently, please let us know your preferred days and times when you book.
If you’d like to combine your sauna session with Yoga, Reiki, or Coaching, we’re happy to offer a 10% discount on the combined price. Please email kate@rawliving.co.uk to arrange this.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible with our cancellation policy:
❗ Less than 24 hours' notice:
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund.
We can reschedule your session for 50% of the original payment price.
✅ More than 24 hours' notice:
You may choose to either:
Reschedule your session (no fee).
Request a refund, minus a £10 admin fee.
Only one free rescheduling is permitted per booking. This must be arranged within 48 hours of cancelling. Any further reschedulings will be charged at 50% of the original payment price.
📅 Sessions must be used within 12 months of booking.
