7:50 – Zoom doors open 8:00 – Energy Report – Kate will discuss the energetic themes of the moment, offering tools and strategies for empowering yourself through shifting timelines. 9:00 – Guided Meditation & Reiki Distance Healing 9:30 – Sharing & Reflection – An opportunity to share with the group and reflect on the themes and how they resonate for you.
We don’t cut the calls short, as sharing is an integral part of the experience. You are welcome to drop in and out as needed—there is no issue with arriving late or leaving early. If you’d like to share but need to leave, you can go first. If you prefer not to share, you can quietly exit at any time.
About the Workshop
The themes will be drawn from Kate’s latest book, Actually Magic, a 21st-century guide to metaphysics. While it is not essential to have read the book beforehand, it would be helpful in deepening your understanding of the topics explored.
