Our Activation Process: Nature designed nuts to resist digestion, but our careful activation process changes that. We soak each variety to neutralize enzyme inhibitors and phytic acid, then gently dehydrate at low temperatures. This preserves nutrients while creating an exceptionally crispy texture.
