How To Use
Each capsule contains 1000mg of MSM
Start with 4 capsules per day, taken with water
You can increase to 10 capsules daily if desired, or explore our plant-derived MSM Crystals as an alternative
MSM is very safe, but some people may experience detox reactions such as headaches, fatigue, or skin itching. If this happens, pause for a few days, hydrate well, and restart at a lower dose
