How To Use

Make your own "chia fresca," a drink popular in Mexico and Central America: Stir 2 teaspoons of the seeds into 250ml of water (you'll end up with a slightly gelatinous liquid). Add lime or lemon juice to taste, and enjoy.

To make chia porridge, add 4 cups liquid (milk or water) to 1 cup chia to make 4 servings.

Grind it up and add it to cake, bread and chocolate recipes.
