Customer Review:"I wanted to reach out to give some feedback on how amazing the PhytoLove - Ahiflower supplement has been for our dog Hadēs. Hadēs has a spinal deformity and hip dysplasia, so omegas are so important in his diet to help with any inflammation. I came across an article on how Ahiflower was a great source for GLA fatty acids for dogs and came across your company stocking a great quality one in the UK. We’ve been using the capsules for about a month now, and we can physically see a reduction in his limp, he is able to go from laying down to standing much quicker and seems way more playful. So a big thank you and please don’t ever stop supplying it, as I can’t find another one this clean in the UK." Kayleigh & Hades

The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (the largest dietetics association in the world) says.
1) ALA is the only omega-3 which is essential to consume through dietary intake, but has some conversion limitations in certain individuals
2) Long chain PUFA supplementation (i.e. EPA/DHA) can cause adverse health outcomes in certain individuals
3) There is evidence from isotope studies showing ALA can be adequate for maintaining DHA levels (up to 47x higher than we erroneously believed based on blood readings)
4) That ALA should be the focus rather than EPA/DHA supplementation until we can establish proper dosing
Their conclusions speak to Ahiflower (highest combined ALA+SDA) being the obvious choice for vegetarians and vegans, and for the rest of the population too.
