Cacao Liquor Peruvian - Truly Raw, Pure and Unrefined | Ceremonial-Grade Cacao
Our truly raw cacao liquor is made by pressing whole cacao beans and gently warming them at very low temperatures until they form a rich, aromatic paste. This is the purest form of cacao—unrefined, unseparated, and retaining all the natural fats, antioxidants, and nutrients of the whole bean.
Unlike most cacao products that claim to be raw, ours is guaranteed truly raw, meaning that during processing, it is never exposed to high heat. This results in a more crumbly texture and a slightly more bitter flavor than conventionally processed cacao liquor, preserving its full nutritional integrity.

How Our Cacao Liquor is Made
Our cacao liquor is carefully produced to ensure maximum purity and nutrient retention. The process includes:
Nutritional Benefits of Cacao Liquor
Cacao liquor is one of the richest natural sources of antioxidants and polyphenols, helping to reduce inflammation, support heart health, and enhance overall well-being. It is packed with healthy fats, magnesium, iron, and theobromine, which can help boost mood, improve cognitive function, and provide sustained energy.
What is Ceremonial Cacao?
Ceremonial cacao is simply a term for high-quality, whole-bean South American cacao liquor—also known as cacao paste. All of Raw Living’s cacao is ceremonial-grade, meaning it is sourced and processed with care, making it ideal for cacao ceremonies, meditation, or deep nourishment.
The Purest Cacao Experience
If you care about your cacao being truly raw, you will appreciate the difference in our product. Unlike most cacao liquor that undergoes higher temperatures in processing, ours remains cold-pressed and minimally processed, preserving the full energetic and nutritional profile of the cacao bean.
Raw Living’s truly raw cacao liquor—pure, potent, and full of life.
Kate Magic says, "Making my own homemade raw chocolate is pretty much a weekly ritual, and this cacao liquor is my favourite way to do it. I melt it along with a little extra cacao butter or coconut oil, then add sweeteners like cane juice crystals and stevia, and include my favourite superfoods - maybe Ormus Gold, E3 AFA or 8 Mushroom. Raw chocolate always tastes best when its freshly made!"
Important Price Note
Due to recent turbulence in the cacao market and significant price increases, we cannot guarantee stable pricing at this time. However, if supply issues subside, we are committed to lowering our prices again as soon as possible.

Cacao liquor makes an extraordinary chocolate product because you don't have to add a lot of extra fats to it as you would if you were making raw chocolate with cacao nibs or cacao powder. For an intense chocolate experience, just gently melt your cacao liquor and add your sweeteners and other foods of choice, to taste.
