How To Use
Milk bags are an essential piece of raw food kitchen equipment!
Use them for straining nuts and seeds to make plant-milk. We recommend 2-4tbps nuts or seeds to a litre of water to make milk that is cheaper, tastier, and more environmental than store-bought milk.
To make juice, blend your fruits and veggies in a blender, then strain through the back. Much quicker than using a juicer!
If you are making fermented nut and seed cheeses, you need a milk bag.
You can also use it for sprouting if you hang it up somewhere.
